The airbag is fixed with 2× 10mm bolts that are located on each side of the center section of the steering wheel. Loosen and remove them. Your airbag can now be extracted from the steering wheel. Gently pull it to you. We are about to disconnect the airbag.

The one good one was 2.4 and the other was 15.9 (the top of the computer’s chart; basically saying ‘wire broken’). I then took off the airbag which is easily done with two bolts on side of wheel. And I disconnected it and used a 10 ohm resistor and plugged it into the airbag connectors.
